Sponsoring the MVSF Golf Charity Event

Time: Shot Gun Tee-off at 1:30pm (11:45am-1:00pm Registration)
Location: Angus Glen Golf Club. Located at 10080 Kennedy Road, (2nd driveway north of Major Mackenzie - on the west side of Kennedy) in Markham.

Please note that your electronic receipt is your proof of purchase. Someone will contact you to confirm your sponsorship information to prepare signage and other materials prior to the event. MVSF proudly uses PayPal for secure electronic payments. If you prefer, you can sign-up by completing and faxing a printed form. Click here to print the "fax-in" form.
