April 14, 2007 6th Annual MVSF Volleyball Tournament The Marilyn Van Stone Foundation hosted our 6th annual charity beach volleyball tournament on Saturday April 14, 2007 at Beach Blast in Toronto. The 18 participating teams (108 players) raised over $6000 in support of the charity. Congratulations to all who made this fun day a success! September 26, 2006 3rd Annual MVSF Bonspiel Scores $3000 The 3rd Annual MVSF "Curl 4 Care" Curling Bonspiel netted $3000 for cancer care on November 4th. 65 enthusiastic players participated in the annual event. Congratulations to all who made "Curl 4 Care" a success! |

August 21, 2006 MVSF Children's Christmas Party The MVSF is pleased to announce that we will be hosting our 8th annual Children's Christmas party on December 7th at the Princess Margaret Hospital. This party is open to pediatric patients and their families. Santa will be on hand, and every child will receive a gift. |

August 3, 2006 MVSF's 7th Annual Golf Event The MVSF hosted our 7th annual charity golf event yesterday afternoon. The event was held at the Angus Glen Golf Club and tickets were sold out. A special thank you goes out to our key sponsors, Bellville Rodair, Acuity Funds Ltd., and RBC Dominion Securities. The funds raised will be used by the MVSF to make a significant donation to Gilda's Club of Greater Toronto. |

October 30, 2003 MVSF Creates Children's Play Area at Wellspring The Marilyn Van Stone Cancer Care Foundation allocated funds earlier this week to the Wellspring Cancer Support Centre, in Oakville. The funds will be utilized to create a children's play area within the support centre. |
